The Pet Gazebo

We're very happy to be able to introduce the newest addition to our line of AZTEKGold modular kennels, The Pet Gazebo.  This brand new design is like nothing you've seen before!

The Pet Gazebo is the ideal outdoor home for small to medium sized dogs.  With its unique octagon shape it is an attractive alternative to the normal chain link kennel offered by many manufacturers.

Another industry first from the Pet Gazebo is the reversible cover.  Featuring brown on one side to hold warmth in cold weather, it also has a white side to reflect it away when it’s hot.

With all these new features, the AZTEKGold Pet Gazebo still maintains the backbone of the rest of the AZTEKGold line.  ADVANTEK’s unique and simple “no tools” assembly connectors is just as simple with the Pet Gazebo as it was with the modular kennel.   A complete kennel can be assembled in less than half an hour!

And the Pet Gazebo still features ADVANTEK’s AZTEKGOLD Hammerstone finish in an attractive double powder coated in gold and black.  All of our steel tubing is still galvanized inside and out to fight off rust.  And AZTEKGold is STILL the only kennel on the market with a full FIVE YEAR warranty.

We're really excited about the pet gazebo and we can't wait for the chance to show it to all of you at SuperZoo.  Swing by our booth and check it out!

SUPER ZOO!

We're going to be at SuperZoo in Las Vegas next month, and we wanted to give you a sneak peak at the ads we'll be running in the show daily.  Showing some pretty exciting new stuff, and you get to see it first!

We're really happy with the way these turned out.  If you're going to be at SuperZoo, take a few minutes and come by and check out the brand new Pet Gazebo, a revolutionary new galvanized steel, powder coated modular kennel!  We look forward to seeing you there!

ADVANTEK PRESENTS

ADVANTEK is proud to announce the release of the newest case in their ARMORTEK Security Case line, the ARMORTEK 30155 Secure Locking Rifle Case.

Measuring 54”x15”x4.5”, the 30155 is big enough for the longest long guns, and wide enough to hold two nested rifles.  While this new case is much larger, it still keeps ARMORTEK’s slim, discrete profile and maintains all of the features that have made ARMORTEK a favorite with both Law Enforcement and the casual shooter.

The case still features ARMORTEK’s steel cage to prevent it from being cut into, the steel pry guards to prevent it from being pried open, and ARMORTEK’s integral steel cable, making it the only case in the industry that doubles as both a transport case and an in-home firearm safe.

This newest addition to the ARMORTEK Line now allows ARMORTEK to be your go to case when you’re on the go, whether to the range our out for a hunting trip.

For more information and pictures please go to LockDown: The ARMORTEK Cases Blog

Images and pre-ordering will be available on our ARMORTEK Website soon.

Puppies and Kitties for the Weekend

Nothing really to report today, although we're getting some good interest in the hammocks.  But enjoy some kitties and puppies.

Look at his little paws up in the air!

Awwww, he's sleepy!

Beautiful weather wouldn't you say....

Being based in Southern California definitely has its perks.  This weekend we had our first beautiful weekend of the year.  Temperatures were in the 80’s, there wasn’t a cloud in the sky, and we took advantage of it.

The dogs were running around and when it got too hot for them they cooled off by hiding in the shade provided by one of ADVANTEK’s GoneGreen dog houses, THE LODGE.
We were running around, and when it got too hot WE cooled off by pouring some margaritas.  The secret recipe is as follows.
2 ounces of lime juice
½ ounce of Grand Marnier
2 ounces of Tequila Cuervo 1800
Lots of ice, stir and serve in a salted glass.

We also had the ADVANTEK Swinging Siesta Hammock set up, and took advantage of that for a nice mid-day snooze.

Of course what sunny backyard day is complete without grilling?  As the sun was dropping lower we threw some steaks onto the grill.
Making a perfect steak is about the simplest thing you can imagine, which is why it’s amazing that so many people screw it up.

All you need is some salt, some pepper, and a good hot grill.  Once you have the grill going wait until it’s as hot as it will get.  Take the steaks (salt and peppered to taste) and put them on the grill.  Give it two minutes, then flip and wait another two minutes.  This will sear the outside and lock in all the flavor and juiciness.  Once you’ve got a good sear on all sides, lower the heat down to the lowest setting and let it sit.  Occasionally flip the steak so it’s evenly cooked throughout.  It should take about 8-15 minutes after the initial sear, depending on how well done you like your steak.
Combine with some grilled veggies, some garlic toast, and either mashed or baked potatoes and you’re set.
Serve with a robust red wine, outdoors, with some music and the sound of one of ADVANTEK’s Waterfalls, for maximum enjoyment.

(Sorry everyone, we already gave away the fountain.  But we have plenty more if you want one!)
HAPPY SPRING EVERYONE!

Never a moment's rest....

We've had a busy last few months at ADVANTEK, which, this being tradeshow season, is both to be expected, AND great.  Since the first of the year we've been to the SHOT Show in Las Vegas (for ARMORTEK), the Global Pet Expo in Orlando, Joe leaves this week for the Canton Fair in China, and CJ is heading to the National NRA Show in Pittsburgh at the end of the month.

Here's some pictures from the Global Pet Expo.
@advantekmkting twitpics!

One last link for you to check out.  We have an INCREDIBLY Good looking spokesmodel who was interviewed by WelcomeHome TV about our whole line at the show.  Here's that.
CJ is one smooth fella!

If you've never been over, swing by the ARMORTEK Cases page.  You can find out more information about the ARMORTEK, and see where you can pick it up near you.  You can even order one right from the site.

21st Century?

We just looked around and realized it's 2011 and we don't have a "web log", or "blog" as the kids are calling them these days, and figured it might be a good time to make a change to that.  Check out this page for what's going on with us, with the outdoor and pet industry, and occasionally pictures of cute puppies, kitties, and horsies!
...its the end of the day and we ran out of coffee.  Give us a break.  We'll be back with some real notes, pictures, and information for you tomorrow.
